Outstanding experience. It had been a long time since I had the work done and was kind of nervous.
Technician Lee was spot on time, courteous and professional. Saved me some dollars on the garage furnace PTU and the humidifier.

Furnace check

Our 15 year old furnace needed a full check up so we called you as we have used you before. Vanessa came and did a very thorough check cleaning and around the house to check carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors , etc. She also went outside and checked vents and things as well. She vacuumed the furnace really well and went above and beyond by cleaning the hard scale from around my drain from the humidifier and clamped the drain to make sure the water dripped directly down the drain and not on the floor. Vanessa was great very efficient and professional, but really friendly too. She was super.h
