We bought a sauna from Beachcomber. From day one the sauna was defective. Although they tried 8 times over the first year to fix it they didn't and tried to blame the manufacturer. I bought the sauna from them. Not from a company back east in the US. It didn't work and after almost 3 years finally had to take them to court. Horrible business. Untruthful in court. Dont be fooled, we were.
