Coquitlam Beachcomber Hot Tubs, Patio Pools & Saunas

We bought a tub from Jim at Westwood Beachcomber and are impressed at the customer service before, during and after our purchase.

JIm the owner of the store drove out in his own vehicle with a hot tub template and we showed him were we wanted to put our hot tub. He noticed a few problems with our cement slab as it needed to be level. He said the the hot tub delivery guys he uses Quick Shot Logistics could build a flat area for us and a reasonable cost. I agreed and a few days later Bruce from Quick Shot Logistics called me and arranged a time to come to my home to give me a quote.

So we purchased the Hot tub a hybrid 350, which we love and Bruce arrived on the agreed on day and was on time. His crew built the platform for me and then his crew put the hot tub on it for us! Bruce and his crew where excellent and the job price was as quoted! Before Bruce left he called Kevin the electrician and he came and hooked up the hot tub for us.

After Kevin left we had a water leaking from one of hot tub pipes. We called Jim and he sent out a staff member by the name of Irwin right away. Irwin came out with his handy hot tub wrench and tightened the fittings for us. He also went through the hot tub chemical starter for us and explained as he did it. Awesome guy and awesome service!

We have called the shop a few times as new hot tub owners and the staff as always patient and knowledgeable!
