We went to the store a couple times prior to purchasing to see the selection and prices. Peter helped us out and was great and very helpful to us in making our selection.
We picked out an engineered hardwood and he was able to get us a good price that nowhere else could match.
Closer to delivery date a rep called us saying that they couldn't get the 3 1/2 plank we paid for so they upgraded us to the 4 1/2" at the same cost! I also had to call back to change the number of boxes and they were very helpful with that over the phone.

Glad we were able to salvage the situation to your satisfaction. Sometimes a vendor will reassure us of stock availability and drop a bomb shell the very next day when it comes time to deliver the inventory.
