We had Smith do a complete refinish (new color) on our main floor, plus install new wood on our curved stairs and entire top floor. We had multiple quotes done and all quotes were within $500 of each other. Most people tend to select the lowest quote and move forward. I however did not and selected Smith based on industry feedback (referral from a top flooring company that didn't offer the services needed) and my initial interaction with Mark and Stephen. The level of customer service that Smith Bros demonstrated ranks as some of, if not the best customer service I have experienced in any industry. On top of unparalleled customer service the craftsmanship was flawless. Mark, Stephan, Khan, Kelly, Rick, Kent, Lynn and Shaun were an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this company enough and I wouldn't even entertain other companies in the future for these services. Do yourself a favor and talk with them before making a decision. The level of detail, information and addressing potential problems upfront was something none of the other companies did with us.
