The home we purchased a few years ago came with a gas log fireplace whose damper was bolted open per regulations, sucking a lot of warm air in the winter and cool air in the summer. Classic worked even through the CCP pandemic with emailed photos, then with an onsite technician, to provide an estimate for a range of options. We discussed the options by phone and settled on a very sharp-looking refit that enhanced the look of our brickwork, looking custom-made to fit. Our installers were done in about 2 hours, providing all the instructions we needed to initialize the installation. Classic even reduced the estimate since the installers were able to reuse the previous gas supply line. It's good to work with pros who deal squarely with you.
