I called and got the answer that he was heading home but would be at my place in ten minutes. Steve spotted the problem that others had missed within minutes. He really knows the trade and work efficiently and effectively. All work was completed under an hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any electrical work done.

After friendly and efficient contact I was able to get a very timely appointment. The service provider was knowledgeable and experienced. He replaced a circuit breaker and verified box labelling in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Salter Electric.

In addition to commercial projects, I use Salter Electric for household projects. Recently, they installed new fixtures, a fan, wall switches and fixed stray wiring. The work was done very fast, ontime arrival, and all rooms left clean.

Previously, they carried out audits of all my household wiring and sockets, finding many deficiencies and upgrading as needed. This was done at a reasonable cost. A must for older houses.

Very friendly and professional. On time and on budget. Got our house reconnected to the grid after a branch damaged our service mast.

I called Steve for what was thought to be a breaker issue for a dishwasher. Turned out to be a short at the outlet in behind the dishwasher. Steve helped greatly.

I submitted the web form outlining the issue (suspected wire damage in our attic). I received no callback, so I called in inquire, in the event that my form was faulty.

As soon as the gentleman on the phone heard the issue, he said he wouldn't help because he didn't want to climb into an attic in summer temperatures (agreed and I empathized. I have some flexibility and understanding for this issue), nor did he want a fire damage charge against his liability insurance. The laughing tone with which he stated the last reason for refusing service was disheartening and unexpected. There was no opportunity for a longer discussion, no patience, no courtesy. I wish I had had the opportunity to experience their supposed excellent service; now I will have to assume the worst. Disappointing.

Excellent, FAST service. My outside plugs and basement lights weren’t working. They came quickly and had a look and saw the problem immediately. It was fixed in no time with an extremely reasonable cost to me!!
