Salter Electric

We had Salter come and do some electrical work in the home we recently moved to. We required additional outlets, switches and lighting. It was an excellent experience. The workers were very professional and on time each day. Being an old home, they were able to install switches and pot lights with such minimal holes it was truly amazing. I'm still amazed at how they were able to do these installations with such little mess and holes. Other quotes we received from other companies warned of the amount of holes needed and the mess that would be left. We made the right choice with Salter from the quotes we received. I would recommend Salter Electric, and will definitely use them in the future.

I've used the services of Salter for over 15 years, and have never looked back. All the work performed across two different residences, including an inspection as part of purchasing my second home, were completed professionally and with attention to detail. We needed this work done on a rental property. The technicians arrived close to the appointed time ( they were slightly delayed due to traffic - understandable). Work was completed on time and at the quoted price. The only issue I have is not with Salter but with the ESA inspection. These inspectors required us to be on site between 0800 and 1400. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that they will even show up. Very inconvenient. However Salter was great in advising us in a timely manner that the inspector would in fact not show up but that the certificate would still be issued. Speaks well of Salter's good reputation.

After researching and obtaining other estimates, decided that Richard Salter Electric Ltd would be best suited to fulfill our electrical needs. In one full day, all aluminum devices in our home were coppertailed and other copper wiring was inspected. Additional electrical work was also completed, such as installation of GFCI plugs and extra plugs. The work was performed in a timely manner, with courtesy and great attention to detail. They arranged for an ESA inspection and this was duly carried out 2 days later, with a Certificate of Inspection issued. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend their services. We would definitely call on them should the need for additional electrical work be required.

Pot light was added in shower and light swith changed from
dimer to normal and had broken fan replaced. The work was done on time and very professional and bathroom was left very clean.
