We used Total Restoration for a basement flood. It was a bit of a panic situation. Total Restoration appeared within the hour, gave great advice, had the mess cleaned up quickly and professionally. We also used them to complete the restoration - redoing our bathroom, carpets, drywall and more. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to others. Insurance covered most of the cost, but the deductible we paid was well worth the money.
