Nick from Haven Home was polite and courteous. Would recommend him. Was thorough and professional as well.

Technician was very thorough. Cleaned and checked each fireplace. The company, however, needs to reduce the time they are contacted and the time they send a technician. We waited three months.

We needed to replace our gas fireplace and reached out to Haven as they installed our furnace a few years ago (and maintain it every year). Herb was very helpful in showing us the options and providing us a quote - no high pressure sales.
Installation took a day and Kenn & Jordan were very courteous and professional and answered any questions we had.

Our furnace broke down and we place an after hours call to Haven home. In less than 30 mins, a tech by the name Rob showed up.
Rob knew what needed to be done and ensured it was done efficiently. Very cool headed and talented individual.
I have decided to request for him to come service my home furnace.
