1, 2, 3 - gets better everytime!
My first call ever to Superior was in 2009 when I owned my first home. The staff on the phone was very helpful when I had no idea what I really needed done. The technician (Helder) was so pleasant to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and taught me so much about caring for my furnace and the air in my home. I never realized how important it was especially since I had a new born. After this day I had book an appointment for my parents and again the same level of expertise and attention to detail.
Last year I purchased a new home and after a full renovation I knew exactly who I had to call to come and inspect my furnace and perform the duct cleaning. The best part was that the same company 7 years later was still in business and still offered the same level of service. Now again this year after another renovation project I called Superior and it was Helder again! I was so happy to see him after so long and again he was able to explain exactly how I need to care for the furnace in my new home. Thank you to Helder for all your knowledge and the entire team at Superior for making this a wonderful client experience and I will be sure to pass along the great word about this company.
