Would not use again. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to come in to measure for our counter top. We were throwing money at the company and we would have to call everyday just to follow up on appointments, even on making payments. They would make promises that they could not keep. Something as simple as promising to call back when we have questions and would not return our calls. A lady would answer the phone and not have any of the basic information. Ie. When will they be coming to measure the dimensions of the counter top we required. The person who works in the sales office and does the measuring seems very unmotivated to work there. We gather it is a family business and has to take over the business but it is quite evident he is quite miserable that he has to work there. Our recommendation is to hire more staff and keep staff in the loop of ongoings since there seems to be only one person there that has access to all the information.
They subcontract out their work to make the counter top and do the install. The company told us that they would be coming in the morning to install the counter top. They did not come until end of business day which was inconvenient as we have young children and wasted an entire day off work waiting for these people and we continually had to call Janovski to get updates on whether or not they were coming. Even the sub contractors seemed annoyed. Somehow it seemed as though they were rushing to get the counter top made on the same day it was to be delivered.
The counter itself was nice. We would like to commend whomever the sub contractor is that they use. Next time, we are looking elsewhere since it was a headache to deal with from the very beginning.
