My large Persian rug and smaller Turkish rug needed cleaning. The Persian rug had suffered from a bad cleaning experience which messed up the pile. The owner, Ben, is a rug/carpet expert. I have a collection of Persian rugs that he's expertly cleaned and repaired over the years and he treats them as if they were his own. He is also very knowledgeable about where each rug is from and their value and has provided written evaluations for insurance purposes. I wouldn't trust anybody but Ben with my rugs.
