When I decided to have all my broadloom and eight area carpets cleaned one week before my daughter's wedding I read reviews to make my choice. I contacted Ben and was happy to discover everything that has been written about him is so true. He called me back promptly, came to my home that same afternoon, explained the process, agreed with a few repairs I suggested and promised to have everything done within the week. He delivered big time. The area carpets were delivered the day before I expected them as he knew how busy we were with wedding preparations. Our cat is a bit neurotic and when bored, licks its paws until they bleed. We had been away and when we returned my beautiful silk taupe and white rug had numerous blood stains.
