Ben is a gem! He is passionate about what he does - he loves your carpets! Ben came and picked up three of my persian carpets, restored them, cleaned them and made them beautiful again. And he was very patient about storing them for several months while a renovation was underway at my house.
I would recommend him without hesitation and you will not regret working with him.

I needed 2 8x10 area rugs cleaned and called a few companies on Homestars. Ben immediately called me back, we made an appointment and he came right on time. He was lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable about carpets. He's not a big man but he muscled up my heavy rugs, put them in the truck and took them away. I was moving at the time and asked him to keep my rugs after the cleaning, and he agreed for a price of $50/month. When I was in my new place we again made an appointment and he came right on time. He carefully laid down my rugs. I was very happy that they looked clean and new. Ben is so nice to deal with, very easy to talk to and extremely accommodating. He even brought me pastries to celebrate my move. I highly recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning! Thanks Ben!

I chose Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning after a fair bit of research into different rug cleaning companies in the area. I wanted to clean the large area rug in our living room and was impressed by Ben's consistently positive reviews. When I called, Ben picked up immediately and came by that very same day. I was impressed with his attention and care and he left with two rugs for cleaning (the second was a Persian rug we had bought in an auction years ago).
He delivered the perfectly clean rugs a day early and clearly takes great pride in his work. The carpets were beautifully restored: the wool area rug looked like new and we had never seen the Persian rug looking so good.
Ben also took the time to talk us through the heritage of our Persian rug and about the history of rug making in Iran and beyond.

To say that customer satisfaction is number one, is an understatement. I have 2 small children, and 2 dogs, so my rugs were in dire need of a good cleaning. I found Toronto Rug Cleaning online, and of course went by what others had reviewed. Within a half hour of me calling, the owner Ben, and his son were at my home, giving me a free quote. The price was reasonable and I was told they would be back in a week to deliver them. Within a few days, Ben called and said the rugs were finished early, that he had worked through the weekend to finish them. Wow, is all I can say, my shag rug is actually fluffy again! Ben also brought under padding and placed all my rugs back to their proper spots. It's refreshing to know that good customer service still exists! Thank you for a great and speedy job!

I spilt s while glass of red wine on my gold coloured Persian rug. I called Toronto rug cleaning and they did a fantastic job removing, what I thought was surely the end of this carpet, the large stain. I would definitely recommend their services. Top notch!
