Toronto Rug Cleaning

I recently finished a home renovation and had lots of drywall dust etc, stuck in my area rugs. They needed help and Ben came to the rescue. TRC cleaned 4 area rugs very well, supplied and installed 3 under pads and repaired one frayed rug. I am very happy with the results.

But that's just part of the story. I imagine there are lots of companies that can clean rugs. The thing that really stands out for me is this: Ben really knows how to treat a customer. During his two visits to my house (rug pickup, and subsequent delivery and installation) I can think of 4 or 5 examples where Ben went the extra mile on customer service -- doing little extras that he clearly didn't have to do -- and thereby far exceeding my expectations. .
