Disappointing and very frustrating. Poor coordination with the reception on scheduling and covered contents for cleaning. Rescheduled and then delayed for 2 hours the next day. The cleaner's attitude sucks. Dared to walk out on the spot. Intimidating. Asked to pay more because that specific area is not included in his list. Could not believe that they treated customers like that, knowing that we need the place cleaned at the last minute.

It had been a while and our carpets needed cleaning. I called up Dominion Carpet Cleaning and I was very impressed by their service. The machines they used did a great job and John in particular was very friendly.
