Kitchen and bathroom flooring install

I purchased my own vinyl plank flooring for Kitchen/bathroom Reno. and contracted Guy of AAA Fort Garry Flooring to do the install. His crew completed said install on January 31, 2017 with some flaws where in good faith I paid Guy (the owner) in full with the expectation that the repairs under warranty would be taken care of promptly. Guy continued to ignore any messages sent or broke promises of when these warranty repairs would be done. It was only "after" I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency of Manitoba and got a mediator involved in the first week of March, 2017 did Guy start to pay attention to my request. All repairs, except for one of Guy's crew members bending one of the transition pieces, were done to my satisfaction. Four days later I contacted Guy to explain the situation with the intent of offering to pay for a new transition piece if he could install it only to be interrupted, sworn at and hung up on which I find to be very unprofessional for a businessman. "My best advise is DO NOT do business with AAA Fort Garry Flooring and if you do choose to have any flooring installed by his company that you hold back payment until you are 100% satisfied that all work is completed to your satisfaction" as once payment is made Guy will move on to the next paying job and dismiss any follow up warranty work that you may require.

Put down carpet and vinyl

Came and gave a quote, took a while for them to come and do it, employee complaining about the employer the whole time, still not done with fine details, demanding payment.

Bedroom carpet

Just before our son was born we decided to pull the hardwood flooring and replace it with warm carpeting in that room, we used fort garry to install our carpeting and to purchase our beige carpeting, they came on the scheduled day as promised with 2 men and completed the project quickly, we were worried about how good of a job was done considering they done it in such a quick amount of time but before they left they had us check everything out and the carpeting was great, it looked great and was cleanly put down, all the joins that had to be made were nicely meshed together and couldn't tell where it had been joined, we were highly impressed with the service and expertise they gave us, the pricing was also affordable, and they can home to your home in a timely manner, and they have a nice selection of carpeting and colors to choose from
