An update,
I got a call from the owner and they seem to be sincere in fixing the problem. They will be sending someone to remove, fix and re-install the blind at no cost. They offered to replace the fabric that was broken. So, let's see how everything turns out.

Pick up a repair job today. Was not very happy to find a few holes in two areas which where not there previously before the repair.
The holes were not there before the repair. It looks like it is holes made from some tools.
I hate to have to remove it again as it is a hassle to climb up 20 ft. and remove it.

I was wondering if something could be done to it. This blind costs us $900 when we first bought it. It is such a waste to see that it now have holes.
Hope you could do something about it to compensate for the damage.

Upon careful inspection, there are a few holes on the opposite side as well (back). The pulley housing is now loose.
I'm really not sure what happened in your repair facility.
I had my blinds done before under warranty from you. Did not have to pay anything and yet the overall quality of work done was good.
Very disappointed with this repair.
