The level of customer service I have received from Samantha (The owner of the business) over these past few months has been appalling. I initially took my silhouette shades in to the Blind Doctor to be cleaned in May 2018. They came back damaged. Samantha agreed to replace them but then became MIA. Numerous attempts to contact her through email, voice messages and texts to both the business and her personal line went unanswered. I went down to speak to her in person and while I was there she was very accommodating in front of the other staff and customers, even going as far to say that replacements had been ordered and we were waiting on the distributor. And then nothing.
After another series of unanswered calls, emails & texts I personally contacted the distributor and was told no such order has been placed. It was all a farce. I filed a complaint with the BBB as a last resort in hopes of a resolution, but once again, the business has failed to respond. Nearly 6 months later and nothing has been done to fix their error. I now have to pay to replace the damaged shades myself. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
