The Company Installer claimed the blinds were measured wrong and stormed out of our house. It took over a year to get this resolved - we were shocked to find that Debbie processed the balance on our credit card after this length of time. The Salesman came to see the blinds and offered us a credit however, I was forced to remove a review in order to get it. Huh - whats the point of reviews?? The credit took over 2 weeks to process - seems Debbie can take your $ any day but can only process credits on Fridays - the 1st Friday she claimed she didn't have the credit card # - funny, that after a year she had it to run the balance. Stay away from these guys - they're cheap but you get what you pay for - if you get it!!
