Cabinet Solutions

Company was recommended by installer. What products received had some damaged components. Missing crown, four doors, and other components. Cabinet Solutions has not responded to me on e-mail requesting status of delivery for missing components. Product has mis-sized gable ends, and some poor quality workmanship.

Mike was our kitchen designer and so much more; he was understanding and patient during the design process, and at times acted as a marriage counsellor, he couldn’t do enough for us and never made us to feel that our questions were a bother. In short, we felt valued and appreciated. He was never pushy, but rather, helped to find a balance between two differing design aesthetics. He was solution-oriented and his knowledge and expertise helped us design a kitchen in an older home that has no true or plumb walls, ceilings or floors! We are now the proud owners of a modern, functional and beautiful kitchen that we truly appreciate and works well for our entire family.
Chris the installer is a skilled and detail-oriented installer that went way above and beyond to ensure we were happy with every detail of the installation. Pride of workmanship is very apparent and an attribute of the employees and owners of this company.
We have not experienced this level of friendly, accommodating and timely service in a long time and feel very blessed to have a beautiful end product as a result.
We highly recommend this company and will do so to our friends and neighbours. Good value, good quality and great service.

I honestly can not say enough great things about this company! Cindy is my angel! She totally took care of me from the very beginning during the design process, all the way to the end when we were having terrible trouble with an external installer. She went above and beyond by even replacing two pieces that were completely damaged by the external installer we had hired. Cindy totally had my back!

I also highly, highly encourage anyone to go with Grant, the installer they recommend to install your cabinets! He's been working with them for many years and he knows their products very well! He's not only extremely reasonably priced but is an absolute sweetheart! He came to our home (after working all day on another project) to fix the mistakes of the initial installer so that we could get our template measured for our countertops! He was totally there for us! He is absolutely wonderful!

This company restored my hope! We had MULTIPLE things go wrong every step of the way during this project and I almost gave up on the whole thing. Cabinet Solutions came through for me, took great care of me and showed me that there are still some amazing businesses out there (and people) that truly care about their customers.

When we renovate our kitchen in the next few years, I won't hesitate to go with Cabinet Solutions. I love the quality of the cabinets they carry, and I love everything about this company! I wouldn't even DREAM of going anywhere else!

I ordered new kitchen cabinets for my home in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and being that I'm located in another province, most of my correspondence was either by email or telephone. The representative that I worked with during the ordering and measuring portion was very knowledgeable regarding the options that were available to me, provided me with detailed specifications in a timely fashion and was friendly and pleasant through the entire process. I elected to pick up my product instead of delivery, and everything was available at the time of pick up. I also needed some additional pieces for filler at a later time and they had the product that I needed without delay. I would definitely order from Cabinet Solutions again and would recommend to others.

We bought a bathroom vanity from this location after 3 days i am calling to schedule a pick up then i was told that my vanity was damaged and was throwing in the garbage without a phone call or anything to let us know. When i tried talking to the manager he showed me how much he doesn't care about my problem even they knew that i order a granite counter top that cost me over $500 to go with it. Careless customer service and it seems like they don't care about customer. I am 100% positive they sold my vanity for someone else.

Don't recommand them to anyone else there is so many company out there that does the same work and care about their customer.

We were looking for bathroom fixtures at Pete the Plumber. Pete advised us to try Cabinet Solutions. We drove up right away and within a half hour, we had purchased custom cabinetry for approximately 30% less than the big box stores. We have since purchased additional cabinets. They even recommended a qualified installer, who also installed our countertops.
