Ultimate Homes And Renovations

We had Ultimate do a home renovation about three years ago for our home in a mature area of Calgary. Right from the start with Ultimate's excellent suggestions and design help, through execution and completion of the project Ultimate's team were exemplary, as was the final product. Communication was excellent, and when the job was done, it was done. There was no need for call backs or second thoughts of any kind. To this day we enjoy the result each and every day and have no regrets. We realize this home will last us for many years to come, and take extreme happiness in the value provided to us. We would recommend Ultimate to any one considering a home renovation they wish to have done right the first time.

Ultimate renovations did a complete renovation of of my mothers home from bare walls. The design and finishings were definitely award winning. The renovation included complete reconfiguration, outside and inside including landscaping. The final product was spectacular.

Had several windows replaced to more energy efficient units. Work was carried out very professionally and in a timely manner. Windows came when they were promised and were installed in the next couple of days. They even did metal cladding on the doors that was not on the work scope. Only thing I was not so happy about was the trim on the inside was a cheap material and was only primed.

We were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and would hire them again. We were also very pleased with the crews that were in our home for the 4 month duration of the project. Excellent job!

Very punctual and open to various ideas I proposed. Efficient workers, polite, and timely. The final product of the kitchen was stunning, but the cost was ridiculously high. I suppose the quality of the job justifies the high price.

Ultimate was a complete renovation company and have their own tradespeople doing the work. There is no subcontracting so they are able to management projects better. I had this done during the peak time several years ago, which meant there were a few delays, however, the work was well done, with a fair bit of contact, sometimes short notice for different parts of the project to be complete (eg. electrical). The work entailed redoing the entire basement (1000 sq.ft), including design, walls, electrical, plumbing and some structural work.

This is the place to go if your looking for extra touches to add to any room, they have very classy and elegant pieces to offer, the prices are about what you can expect to pay for lighting fixtures and accessories the employees are genuine, great store, great selection and decent prices, what more can you ask for my experience was postive.
