Basement and Kitchen Renovation
Ultimate Renovations did a kitchen/basement renovation for us 5 years ago. They did a beautiful job. They were very professional and completed the work on time. Last week I awoke to water leaking through one of the basement windows they had installed. I realized our warranty had expired, but decided to phone them to see what suggestions they might have. I was extremely impressed by the customer service we received. They promptly came out to our home that day to assess the situation. The following week completely fixed the problem free of charge. The way Ultimate Renovations stands behind their work surpassed all of our expectations. We are so thankful we chose their company and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing a renovation.
