O'Reilly Brothers Ltd

We were referred to this company by a friend. We were given a quote which we thought was very reasonable. The crew came to do the job and once they left we checked their work and they had missed a section of the attic. Before we paid for this work we called the company and they promptly sent another crew out to do the work that the first crew had missed. They were very nice to deal with and we were very happy with their service.

Sloppy work. Got foam on windows, walls and most serious, the furnace flue, so the furnace maintenance company considered the furnace unsafe to operate and would not complete their inspection.

O'Reilly did send someone to fix it. He was in such a bad mood it put me in a bad mood. I had to keep telling him places he missed and he complained. I finally told him I would keep inspecting until it was done right. He left without saying a word and without properly completing the job.

O'Reilly did have a good reputation but it sounds like they don't supervise very well and have lost their edge. The woman who answers the phone was rude and unpleasant.

The job was done, and for less money than the competition, but they left me dissatisfied and irritated. Not a total disaster but not recommended.

Very untidy, took one week. when you get absestos removed from house the area is supposed to be sealed off, but when we came home, they had used the bathroom and towels and stained them. they smoked and left their used cigarettes around, which the dog would eat. removed paint off the walls and the ceiling while doing the job

When we moved into our new place the first winter the second floor was considerably cooler than the rest of the house - so much so, that at times we needed an electric heater on the colder nights. After inquiring amongst friends I was referred to the O'Reilly Brothers. They answered all our questions, and although we had to wait longer than expected for them to come it was well worth it. They even showed me the attic, before and after, and were done on time. Since then I am pleased to report the upstairs is much warmer and I've given the electric heater to a charity!
