Like most security companies it seems they love to sign you up for a three year contract and then sit back and look for the next customer. A contract with 1/8 print on 8 1/2 x 11 paper ! We were forced to use this company by our contractor. The answering service seems to be ok so far but the head office appears to be out to lunch. We had asked for and paid for an extra wire run during the installation last August and are still waiting with no answer to our emails or phone calls. I don't think we will be renewing with this company and recommend checking out the other companies renews first if you have the option to do so.

Henderson Security has provided and maintained our security system for many years. They are pleasant to deal with and offer great service. We recently had new doors installed and then had sensors replaced by Tyler. Excellent service within 2 days by a competent installer. All queries are answered fully and to our satisfaction. Excellent company.

Their monitoring is terrible - I've set off my alarm numerous times to test it - waiting on average, 7 to 12 minutes for a phone call to check if everything is alright. Totally unacceptable. When I tried to cancel, they said I had a 36 month contract, which I did not. They have yet to show me the contract I asked for, and continue to harass me for payment.

I found Henderson Security to be excellent. They salesperson was extremely polite and helpful and the technicians were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I have had one small change I wanted to make to my patio door alarm and they came out the next day and changed the contact point with no hesitation and no extra charge.

Stay away from Henderson Security. They are absolutely horrible. They have auto-renew contracts (renews for up to 3 years) and they can't read the calendar correctly. We had service installed early May 2012, and somehow they believe the 36 month contract should run through to the end of June 2013 and they can't be convinced that that isn't how it should work. Stay away from them.

I want to thank Henderson Security for their fast service and knowledgeable salespeople. we were impressed with the staff and the price of our system. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been with Mr Henderson for over 20 years and his company has always been nothing but good!! Service is always fast and friendly. They are also a huge supporter of The cheo hospital which we visit on a regular basic due to having a child with some medical isues. I would highly recommend Henderson's to anyone looking for local company with local monitoring!!!

The representative from Henderson Security took great care when i wanted to switch back for local monitoring. He explained what really happen with Microtec and apologized for the unfortunate consequence it caused me. In a very competitive industry Henderson offered me a online discount for my smoke detector and provided a free service call to install it and take over the monitoring. I highly recommend Paul and Henderson Security.

I was a client of there`s 3 different times, they keep selling my account off to different dealers. Now they are trying to get me back for fourth time.no way, Everyone please stay away

Henderson Security operated very unethically! They are underhanded in their transactions with clients. They switched us to Microtech a few years ago without warning, now called to say they were swtiching back, out in a flash (same day as phone call) for signatures. A call to Microtech to cancel service, Henderson has client call, only to be told no, this was not an agreement between the 2 companies. I now have TWO contracts outstanding and of course Henderson is nowhere to be found to discuus or help....I will discourage anyone that I can to stay way clear of HENDERSONE SECURITY!
