My front steps had been crumbling and one of the pillars of the porch, built in 1923, appeared to have shifted. I hired Otto’s to demolish and rebuild the steps. Once they dug down, they found the pillars were not sufficiently deep (not unusual in a house of this age). At no extra cost they poured a pad and supported the pillars before pouring the steps.
Everyone was pleasant, professional, and very good about keeping me in the loop.
