I used Raincity to move my 1 bedroom suite in kits into a 2 bedroom condo in false creek, and I couldn't be happier. 10am was the start time and they were parked outside and ready to go at 9:55. The two guys were friendly, cheerful and very diligent, wrapping everything that needed it, putting carpets down to not dirty the floor, etc. Same story with the unload too - very smooth and hassle free. 3 weeks later, fully unpacked and I can say with confidence that they've not bumped or damaged a single thing. All in all, the move took pretty much exactly 4 hours.
I've since used them to deliver a small jungle's worth of medium and large sized house plants from burnaby to the condo too, and once again they were there early, very cheerful, and super nice & good value (charging a nominal flat fee this time, which Richard tried to waive entirely due to the ease of it!). I will absolutely be using them in the future, and have already begun recommending them to my friends- they are an all round class act.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- If you've not used movers before- preparation is key! Pack up absolutely everything first and the whole move will go off so much smoother. I'd also consider hiring a third guy too- I suspect it might work out to about the same cost but be finished sooner.
