We have never seen a company who care about their customers and serious about their reputation. A good name is not build in one day. Reviews are from all customers who had been used the services. This is the first time we use this company because of seeing all the review in Homestars. We pick this company because of the high rating, we try the services and now we write our own feeling about this company. Pesticon

When I call them, they send someone over to check the whole house and explain the location where we get the bird inside the attic, at first, we may misunderstanding the way he try to do to prevent the bird get in again,he then explain again very patient and work out to the way we want. We totally accepted and satisfied before they leave our house. We are very happy with his work done.

Just want to mention that their employee Waheed who do the excellent job and he has 13 years of experience in the field. He do the work regardless of the weather or time. Yesterday evening, the weather is bad, raining heavily and windy, dark outside, we didn't expect he will come in this kind of weather, he come on time and do the work, we are very impressed. We will recommend him to all our friends and neighbour.

we had a squirrel problem and we decide to call pesticon pest control and he came the same day .extremely professional and very well equipped,He is very honest, trustworthy, respectable and knowledgeable in his field.He performed the service efficiently and effectively, and so far, we have seen an immediate reduction of the squirrel.We would not hesitate to call pesticon again for any pest control issues. Suffering from severe arachnophobia, I had difficulty sleeping at night and concentrating at work the next day, due to…cockroaches. Honestly the ugliest things! After much research, I found Pesticon off Google, the site seemed trustworthy and professional. This recommendation site was the clincher for me to call. So glad I did, Waheed’s calming and confident voice brought me instant ease. He came to the house with a discreet carrying case/vehicle and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was awesome! It’s been over 2 months and I’ve gotten the best sleep. Going to the kitchen at 2am is a no brainer – Thanks Waheed!

Called Waheed for our ant problem. He came on the same day and was just fantastic. He assured me I wouldn't see any more ants and he was right. He also got rid of a wasp nest free of charge. He is very professional and helpful. I would definately recommend Waheed to anyone.

I wish I could give Waheed more than 10 stars! He is amazing!!! Our bed bug experience has been hell and he continues to help us through it - not only with his expertise but most importantly with kindness and compassion. We first met Waheed in March 2011 after two weeks of trying to eradicate the bed bugs ourselves. We have three young children and the cleaning and stress was exhausting and discouraging because it was not working - it was horrible. We finally couldn't take it any more and called Waheed. He came and treated our house the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and respectful of our space. Unfortunately, 7 months later we have bed bugs again. We called Waheed yesterday and he was here today to treat our home. Our exceptions were high and yet he exceeded them today. We will forever be thankful that we found him and at the same time hope that we don't have to call him again! Thank you, Waheed!!!!

We are getting married in a week and a bit, and we know for the last few months we've been seeing one here and there popup. We decided to call someone in to avoid the embaressement of people coming over. We decided to go with Pesticon and we are so incredibly happy we did! Outstanding customer service, very skilled knew exactly what he was doing, very friendly, explained everything he was doing as he was going along (Turned out we had a bigger infestation than we though, we just didn't see them hiding). Told us how they usually get in and mulitply in the house (very interesting, what I read on google was wrong) Told us how to prevent them as well. I had asked him a question like "Can you make sure you get that corner over there". Then he said "I did it already....don't worry....I don't plan on coming back here, they'll all be taken care of". That's confidence! He guarantee's you for 6 months but that's only if you don't take his advice, and if you take the right precautions then you most likely will never see him again. I wish everyone in their trade was as professional and confident as he is.

have had mice in walls of both lower & upper floors. House has vents in floor of the main storey and ceiling of the upper storey...i.e. no vents the floor of the upper storey so hard to get access. They ended up spraying a dust through small opennings in the pot lights of the main floor. Of course they also put lots of bait in the attic.
A few days later I had a small water leak requiring me to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling of the main floor. This made access to the main floor ceiling much easier. He came back at no additional cost and threw bait between the floors above the kitchen. They are obviously very dedicated to doing a thorough job and want to ensure customers are satisfied.

My initial call to Pesticon, Waheed came, the same day I called, checked where I thought the wasps were and confirmed nothing was there and did not charge me anything for this visit.
I had to call him again approx. 2 weeks later again came the same day I called. Sprayed where the wasps were getting in, outside and inside, and we have been wasp free.
Waheed was very polite, professional and got the job done.
I would recommend Pesticon to anyone that have a pest problem.
