My parents trees were destroyed this year and we were worried it was termites. Pesticon asked for pictures and asked a number of questions and was able to assess that it was not termites but carpenter ants and that this was something to deal with in the spring. I was really impressed by the level of knowledge, the professionalism, integrity and honesty. I look forward to working with Pesticon in the spring.
