We had irregular supply of hot water in our condo unit. To get hot water, we would have to start multiple taps, and waste so much water to get some hot water. When I explained my problem to Max he immediately said what he thought was the problem and brought a spare part. He came and explained the problem to us. Showed us on the machine what should be happening and what shouldnt. He then proceeded to change the part and showed us the damaged part. As soon as he replaced the part, we have hot water coming smoothly from all our taps. I had spoke to numerous companies who were unable to even understand the problem.
