The gentleman who came to repair the unit I have was prompt, knowledgeable and knew the units inside and out. Paul did an excellent job servicing the 3 units, and returned the next day, in very cold weather to get up on my roof and service that unit. Maintenance is key to the long life of these units and Paul explained everything he was doing, gave me tips on maintaining the GE12NA units that I have. All are working excellent and the heat flows wonderfully now. Thank you Ductless Canada!
