An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We heard about Homestars and went to the site in search of someone to paint the exterior of our house. We called Renaissance as the comments were positive, and scores were high.
Jason has a strong customer focus - always getting back to us on a timely basis, and making sure everything is going well and according to plan. He promptly made arrangements to have Vaso come over to quote us on the job. Vaso and his team work quickly. In particular, Nick did a fine job with the pre-work; his painting skills are excellent.
