An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Jason and Tony worked together as a fantastic team to give me speedy,
excellent results. Jason addressed all of my needs and answered all of my
questions and had Tony coming in the next day to quote. They discussed my
situation, needing a 1 bedroom apartment painted with some drywall
repairs, and gave specific recommendations which I took. They came the next day and I don't know how Tony finished the job in one day, exactly as quoted, high quality work. Fantastic!
