Ajax Roofing & Repairs

I had my whole roof replaced by Ajax Roofing in the summer of 2012 (5 years ago). A week or so ago I noticed a leak during a rather severe rainstorm. I called Ajax Roofing immediately and they came by within an hour or so to inspect the roof and conduct a repair. The problem appears to have been solved. They did not give me a hard time at all and charged me nothing.
This company really does appear to stand by their warranty and workmanship claims.

I would highly recommend Travis and his crew to anyone without hesitation. We had a new roof installed a couple of years ago by a friend of our nephew's that has his own roofing company. Within a year it started to leak. The previous roofer made 3-4 trips to our home trying to find the leak and repair to no avail. Travis came on a holiday Sunday and fixed the leak within hours and we have had no problems since!!!!

Travis and his team are without a doubt the best roofing company bar none. I am not one who typically writes these types of reviews but, I felt compelled to do so after my experience with Ajax Roofing.
This team of professionals will ensure your property is protected throughout the process of removing the old shingles through to laying the new roof. They move deck furniture, place tarps over deck space and even used sheets of wood to protect my sliding glass door. After the roof is complete, your property is cleaned thoroughly even using a blower to remove dust and they return your deck to its prior state. I even saw one of the gentlemen go over into our neighbours’ yard to ensure the wind didn’t lift anything and place it in their yard. All in all, I was extremely impressed with the hard work of Travis and his team. They are indeed a team of professionals who provide the highest standard of service.
This is the roofing team of the future and I highly recommend them.

One day in to our new roof and very happy with the outcome so far. The crew showed up early, worked hard, did a great job, and left everything exactly the way it was before they arrived. Travis showed up before the crew left to do a quality check, and again today to do another go around. Ajax Roofing beat the price of their competitor, and with a better quality shingle. Just had a roof reshingled. Ajax roofing was great to work with the crew was clean and courteous. Had shingles blow of in the winter they came and tarped the roof until the weather was amenable to reroofing the house. Price was good and work was done on time when they said they would be there. Have no problem recommending Ajax roofing.

Moved into a townhouse this summer. During the first heavy rainfall, I noticed a few wet spots in the master bedroom. I did some research and found Ajax roofing. Travis came out quickly to do an assessment and offered some potential reasons for the leak. Ultimately he recommended a roof maintenance and provided a quote. The quote was true to actual cost, no hidden costs. Travis was transparent from beginning to end. His crew showed up, did the repairs and I couldn't even tell they came. Travis called me the following day (after it rained again) to ask about my satisfaction and share the crews finding on my roof. Ajax roofing is professional and compassionate company! I will be sure to use them in the future!

My initial quote from Travis was actually from 2015, but with other expenses piling up, we delayed the project until this year. He was kind enough to honour the price. The boys were professional and polite, and most importantly did what appears to be a top job. They also installed a tube skylight that I purchase from Costco for a reasonable fee. The job was done in 1.5 days and we are very happy with the results. The cleanup was a 9.5 out of 10 as well.

Ajax roofing replaced our roof over 6 years ago and the project including shingling around an existing skylight which was installed over 15 years ago. This skylight has caused many a roof leak, but a call to Ajax Roofing had someone on my roof within 24 hours, tarring and chalking, even though it was not their responsibility. They were professional and curious enough to maintain it over the last 6 years at no charge. Excellent customer service!!!
We were offered outstanding advice from the owner Travis but never pressured to spend more money. When it came time to finally replace the skylight, we purchased it from Ajax Roofing at an excellent price and expedient timing.

I highly recommend Travis and the crew of Ajax Roofing to anyone requiring roof replacement or maintenance. I have had incredible service over the past year or so as we try to maintain my roof due to issues with squirrels and raccoons. They are extremely friendly and professional. Travis always either answers my call immediately or calls back quickly and I usually receive same day service or within 24 hours I can expect the crew to come and fix the issue at a reasonable cost and I am not pressured into spending more.
