did not live up to expectations
Company came in and charged me a premium price to get the job done quickly, this was amazing. rewired my enitre facility including smoke detectors. 2.5 months after installation one by one detectors started beeping, apparently low battery backup. I asked to have them come in and rectify the situation. They said it was my issue and i needed to call in another contractor. The battery life on the dectors says good until 2027..so why am i dealing with this? Apparently the warrenty on anything they have installed is one year..but not this...very disturbing...so i have to pay another electrcian to change batteries to stop the beeping..(they are installed at 16' ceiling height so no common ladder can reach that height). He also said he would move the dectector so i could change the battery..but then backed down and said no he would not...So now i have to pay someone else to do this...
