Owner was difficulty to get a hold of or deal with. Salesman promised the new windows would eliminate the condensation on the inside which has not been true. Almost seems to bubble up more. Installers ripped holes in the plaster walls during removal, no effort to tell us or resolve this. Edging is not tight to the window so there are gaps, especially on a large picture window where it is very noticeable. Scheduling was when they told you they were coming with little to no flexibility. The reviews here seem to be different than my experience with the company. There are other complaints I had as well but this will be enough I hope to warn you away from them. Workers had to come back after the project was set to be complete, expressed that they were scheduling times with customers that they knew would not be able to be kept. Was very promising from the reviews here and I am very disappointed in the amount of work I had to do before they could even install. I had to take time off to complete things. Company offers little in the way of options, anything you want slightly different you must do yourself. They do not offer the complete package well and should simply be seen as window installers, anything else you want done involving the window was not in their wheel house.
