Two technicians came to install the microwave at my house, and immediately after they left I noticed some items have been missing from my home. When I confronted them they denied that they took it, but I'm 100% sure they did it because I was using the same items just moments before they arrived, and just moments after they left I noticed that they've been forcefully taken out in a hurry with bunch of small parts on the floor. The police report was filed and the owner came to the location after the incident, and seamed to be supportive despite the lack of any proof except my word. In one phone call that occurred a week later, he even agreed to compensate me for the loss, but I never heard back from him after that.
I want to point out that not only the employee of this company has crossed all ethical boundaries, but he also committed a serious crime at the house where he was invited to perform the service which he gets paid for. Also, the fact that this act was done at the time when me and my family were in the house, makes me feel extremely unsafe, because they could have taken all our personal information from the work order, and that they spent enough time in our house to take a good snapshot of all our belongings.
I gave them a fair chance to come forward and make it right by, either bringing back the missing items, or compensating me for their retail value, but my attempt was ignored, therefore, I do not recommend this company.
