Please reconsider when purchasing a home from this builder. He is unreliable and his quality of work is deceptive. From the outside things look nice but do not stand the test of time. I purchased less than a year ago and i have more problems that I can handle. Anything from peeling paint on the exterior, to cracks in the driveway, to master bathroom leaks, false outlets with no power, to bad drywall finishing, to septic backups. This builder is the epitome of bad builders. Please read this warning before standing in line to get indemnity! He owes too many people. Please feel free to email me and I can provide the pictures!
