Company took over 2 months to install service after initial contract. Gave Small Tank of Propane to hold over while they had us wait for regular tank. Said Owner was sick, however another worker brought out small tank and installed and Owner and his father came to install large tank. THEN AFTER TELLING THE OWNER NOT TO TOP OFF THE TANK UNTIL I CALLED HIM AS WE WOULD NOT BE USING VERY MUCH PROPANE HE CAME OUT AND FILLED THE TANK WITH 150 GALLONS OF PROPANE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THEN SENT A BILL THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY. i DO NOT MIND PAYING FOR ITEMS THAT I ORDER BUT NOT FOR THINGS THAT i HAVE NOT ORDERED, AND TOLD THE COMPANY NOT TO DELIVER. Then when I paid they held the check for over 2 months before cashing it. They said that they held the check because it was designated on the MEMO that it was for payment in full for the Propane and Tank Rental. Which was exactly true.
They are picking up the tank as soon as it is empty. However I do not know if I will be able to retrieve the Tank Rental for the 2011/2012 year.
BAD COMPANY!
