Sears Carpet & Upholstery

I ordered online the night before, around 10 pm, and they were at my apartment around noon of the very next day, that's a fast response. They cleaned a 3 seat sofa, a love seat and a chair in about 1 hour. The guy was very explanatory on what he was going to do and what he did when he found a tough stain, he was also very honest on saying that some stains wouldn't come out even if he soaked the sofa (it was ink) and that the sofas would look better after they dry. By the end they explained me how to dry them up and how much time I should wait to use them. The sofas are already dry and they look really clean, I would definitively recommend Sears Carpet and Upholstery Care to anyone.
