My wife and I bought a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator from Lowe's. We have had previous experience with getting appliances delivered, and the other places are usually not nearly on time, or they make a mess when they bring the appliances into the house. Not so with Lowe's. They called the day before to give me a window of when they would be arriving, and they got there early in the 2 hour window. The two delivery men were very nice, even taking their shoes off when they had to come into the kitchen to place and hook up the fridge (the washer/dryer went down the basement steps, so there was no need to take their shoes off).
Before they left, they went through the operation of all the appliances, and they also took all packing materials with them. Overall, a very timely and clean install for everything.
