I called reids 3 years ago I dealt with the old owners very professional while the new owner showed up charged 1290 dollers five doors on two commercial building that I own he charged me this price guaranteed his service as I had a problem with two of the doors shortly after refused to come to the city to honour his guarantee I told him off I told him he is not keeping his guarantee that was promised three years ago. and last week I was out of the country my wife caked and asked for another key since it was a Reid lock not duplicative and he refused I stringl u suggest u don't use this company ever his guarantee means absolutely nothing.
