I had recieved a cheap estimate and the job ended up being double the price. I was furious. The customer service is well though and despite the price they did a good job. They left the house clean when they left which is very important to me.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Not mark up the costs too much after an estimate
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Make sure you specify your budget and what you want done. You do not want to get over charged for work you did not even want done.
