Marks Dry Carpet Cleaning

Ive been told that dry was better than steam, well that may be true but definately not from this company! When we showed up at our rental property to check out the carpet, we found that it was hard and crusty feeling. Our former tenants had a dog and all the hair was just pushed into all the corners and along all the walls. Doesn't anyone vaccuum before cleaning carpets anymore?? Most of the stains were still there and it just looked terrible overall. The next day I brought my home carpet cleaner over and did all the carpets myself. I was able to remove all the stains that the dry cleaning left. Worst of all the water was black as if the carpets had never even been cleaned. I called just to make a complaint and was just given the brush off..." ok we will let the owner know." I called again to as for the owner to call me back, but Im not holding my breath. All in all I say avoid this company or you will wish you had!
