Erich Niemann and his team are an absolute skilled professionals. I am a Realtor, so I meet a lot of contractors, handymen and tradesmen... and I have never met a contractor who was so thoughtful, kind, responsive, & reliable. I can always count on Erich to show up on time (which is SO rare for a contractor)! He is totally communicative & can be reached via email, text or phone & he always gets back to me quickly. He has made himself available at odd times of the day to meet with my clients for consultation appointments. He is honest & very easy to work with.
