Smart Carpet & Flooring

We had new carpeting layed in our Living Room. The carpet itself is very nice, but the job was not so good. They left raw edges were you would see pieces of the carpet, frayed, sticking up in places where it should not have been. Shortly after the installation, the carpet started buckling in certain places where there was high usage. We had to call them to come out and re stretch the carpet. We are happy with the carpet itself, but think the installers were in too much of a hurry to get the job done properly. I'm not sure I would use them again for our next carpet job.

Shortly after the installation, the carpet started buckling in certain places where there was high traffic. We had to call them (quite a few times) to come out and restretch the carpet for us.

We are happy with the carpet itself, but think the installers were in too much of a hurry to get the job done properly. I'm not sure I would use them again for our next carpet job.
