MB Electronic Repair Service

MB Repair came to my home to look at my washer. The visit for them to look at the washer and attempt to repair it costs $145.

They couldn't repair it because they said it was missing a part or the circuit was broken. So they said they would order me a part and call me back.

They never called me back. I called them and they said the part is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock (never). I asked what is the solution to this problem and they could not give me an answer.

Just be wary that once they get your $145 to come look at your product, they may not want to come back again to solve your problem.

I attached their invoice as proof they charged me.

I had an issue with my Samsung oven. I called one repair company, they weren't sure what the issue was but tried to sell me a part that cost $1,000. I then called MB Repair, which is an authorized Samsung repair service. Nadine and Bookie were amazing !!! so thorough, made sure to find out what the issue really was and the repair cost was $400. the oven works like new. I highly recommend them. Thorough, pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The best service ever !!

Your repair man and assistant came to replace my fridge door; he BROKE my door and didnt even apologize. Him and his assistant were very rude, gave me attitude and left me with a broken fridge telling me its my problem until the manufacturer calls me to get a replacement. Absolutely DISGUSTING.. How dare they stick their nasty disgusting hands down my ice despencer!!!! This is the nastiest service I have EVER gotten from anyone in my entire life

I called MB as they were an authorized Samsung repair place. My washer was not completing the cycle. Another company came out and said it was the bearings/spider assembly. I looked into it and that did not seem to be the reason. They refused to come back out and look again.
I called MB and they were polite (Nadia). They said if the error code doesnt come on then its likely something else. Booked a service call next day. Problem fixed! And not the bearings!

Very bad service. My microwave is still under warranty. I purchased it last November (2016).

MB Technicians do not know the products they're required to fix. They recommended an extreme solution that was not required for my microwave. They left in a hurry - just wanted a signature so they get paid and show that they are "doing their job" for Samsung. Extremely dishonest. Very poor service. Have gone back to Samsung to submit a formal complaint about this company.

They repaired our dishwasher and did excellent work. They were quick, clean, And friendly. I would use them again. The repairman was very honest with us and went over several options to see what worked best for us.

My washing machine broke down and MB Repair company was recommended to me to do repairs. They arrived on time and were quick to re-program the machine so that it was working well again. They told me if there's anything wrong with the washing machine within 90 days they will come back at no charge. I am happy with their service.
