I purchased and had them install laminate flooring for the entire main floor of my home minus one room. They did an excellent job and no real complaints. However, a year later I wanted to finish the last room with the same laminate and it was discontinued, but in stock at their Guelph location. I drove all the way there from Cambridge, got home, an discovered one box was a different colour. Luckily they had one box left in the colour I needed but I still had to make the trip there and back.

In terms of the installation, I was very satisfied. As for the mistake with the colour, they gave me a discount and some free under pad. Though pricey, I would recommend.
