Horrible and deceitful service.
We had problems with the hood after we hired their technicians to install the hood for us. We noticed a fan sound when we turned on the lights. So, we called the office and told them our problem (they knew fully well that the fan and light works) but still insisted that we make an appointment with the technician that would require a $75 deposit. We were hesitant but went to book an appointment anyways because the product was install by them and still under warranty, so we didn't think it would be a problem to get our money back.
After the technician came he said nothing can be done, the machine and light worked, we can try to get our deposit money back from the company. When I went into the store, to ask for our money back they said they didn't know anything. So I followed up with the main office and they refused to give us our money back even though the technician didn't solve or service our problem. They blamed the problem on us and said the technician was only their to check if the machine works. BUT THE ALREADY KNEW THAT IT WORKED WHEN WE CALLED THEM. That wasn't the issue that we asked to be serviced. So, basically told us to pay $75 for servicing when they knew the machine worked and that's all the technician would check when they came. When I try to reason with them they said no refund of the money was possible and hung up on me.
They have terrible service and try to milk as much money as they can out of you. DO NOT purchase products from them.
